As they part ways, Powell engages in sabotage within a motor pool while Grillo arranges transportation. Reuniting, they drive to a German airfield, successfully neutralizing grounded Bf-109 fighters and Stuka dive bombers. Powell undertakes a covert mission to cut Axis communication, culminating in signaling the Allied fleet for the launch of Operation Torch—North Africa's invasion. Powell and Grillo escape via a German transport truck.

After triumphing in Africa, Powell and Grillo receive orders to infiltrate the German-occupied city of Trondheim in Norway. Their objective is to disrupt a Kriegsmarine U-boat base outfitted with a prototype Naxos radar detector. Grillo's sacrifice enables Powell to breach the base, assuming a German officer's guise to gain access. Powell eliminates the Naxos prototype and destroys a submarine intended for its installation. Upon escape, he's extracted by Allied forces, effectively neutralizing the U-boat threat.
